Redgear - No information regarding my product and sidestep my complain

I had applied for product replacement on *st August ****, and on *nd August ****, a delivery person came and picked up my product. From last ** days, no change in status of my product and still it shows "approved". From **th of August, I call customer care multiple times and they said every time "Your concern will be solved as soon as possible, your concern is on high priority". Now, on **st August, when I call to their customer services, the told me, my product was not received by them.
