Called TataCLiQ about the installation of my product purchased from them and spoke to Deepika from customer care and I requested to speak to the supervisor and she says that the manager never takes the call. Asked her about if I have an escalation and she tells me I can give you an email address to complaint only if your delivery is out of policy. I find it very absurd not have an escalation voice process and also a criteria for getting a complaint email address.
Very disappointing from a reputed brand, just breaks the trust. TataCLiQ should review the call dated */*/**** answered by Deepika and fix their escalation process.
