I approached No Broker for a rental agreement. I have been getting this from them for the past * to * years.
This year No broker updated incorrect name on the rental agreement. I reached out to their team and asked them to correct or send updated rental agreement. I have shown them the mistake and clearly indicated where it was incorrect. I received one reply saying they are looking into it, however, since then they did not get back and not responding to emails and no response on the follow ups.
