Hello,
Due to the COVID situation, I am working from home and my daughter is preparing for her NEET. Today is the *rd day my family has gone without broadband connection for no fault of ours.
The Airtel team out here has been totally unethical and unprofessional, not responding to my calls, even to the extent of cutting off my calls with no response.
Request you to look into this pathetic situation and offer a solution at the earliest.
