I had taken an ola cab on Saturday for long distance travelling. the Driver misbehaved with me. i was travelling with * other female passengers.
i had spoken with the ola cab support team. they haven't been able to resolve the issue. moreover I wish to file a complaint against the driver, the ola support team is not being supportive to provide me the details. they are disconnecting the call time and again.
they haven't even reverted to my email sent yesterday.
it's about the safety of the passenger traveling by ola cab. such leniency i not expected.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
