I had brought a new mobile phone (Redmi note *) on **.**.****, but within **month phone got issues relating to sensor.
After that I had gone to MI service centre and the mobile was handed over to service centre for repair, within **days I had got the mobile,but the same issue.
Once again I had given the mobile for repair towards MI service centre, got the mobile after **days, but still the issues same as before.
I was totally unhappy against their service, after that I had contacted the mobile shop from where i had purchased the mobile and asked for replacement as the service centre couldn't solve the issue, through them the mobile was handed over to service centre on **Nov****, till date(**Dec****) the mobile is within the service centre itself and i am totally dissatisfied with the Mi company and need a replacement for my new phone which I Hadley used for **month.
