Got delivery of a new smartphone- "LG G* Plus Thinq" **b* GB version on May**th from Flipkart. On June *nd, ie after ** days I found the phone's back panel is not sealed properly and there's a noticeable gap. As the phone is a IP** certified device I was sure the water resistance of the phone might have compromised for sure because of the gap. I contacted Flipkart for a replacement. But they denied my request citing their * days replacement policy. I was advised to approach LG customer service centre. SO did I., I asked for a replacement device as the defect was purely a manufacturing defect and raised my concern within two weeks of the purchase. But LG is not honouring my request for a replacement and instead offering to repair the device. I feel cheated after buying the smartphone.
