- New lg refrigerator defective Open
We purchased a new LG refrigerator on **.**.**** from APS Mall Saharanpur. The purchase bills attached for your kind perusal.
*. From the very *nd-day post delivery & installation this piece started making noise. We called APS many times to check this noise in return they arranged service engineers from Mansi enterprises Saharanpur, service team visited many times to check this noise & opened & dismantled complete refrigerator top/bottom compartment & found that compressor is faulty. The compressor is replaced on **.**.**** ( Service report attached) against a complaint made on the *nd day of purchase.
*. For about a month this refrigerator was cooling perfectly & again this cooling stopped post compressor replacement. We called to APS/Mansi Enterprises & found to talk with Meenu Rani (CCO-LG) but the response was pathetic.
*. With much persuasion at all levels, service team visited again opened refrigerator filled gas & went back.
*. A few days later again this cooling was not happening than service team again visited & did welding inside a new refrigerator filled gas again & went back.
*. A few days later again cooling was off. We made a complaint about no cooling & service team visited filled gas did something at top compartment & at the back side of this refrigerator same issue is rectified on **.**.****. An attached service report is for your perusal.
*. On **.**.** found the same refrigerator is not cooling again, as usual, we made service complaint. The team visited filled gas again & went back on **.**.****. Videos attached for perusal, now they will be back with some gas cylinder to check PSI on **.**.****.
The faulty piece is delivered to us by LG & repeated complaint is coming for a fresh refrigerator is not acceptable. My parents are **+ years & costly medicine is to be kept inside to be safe mode apart from household items & this unit failed to perform as per LG name quality & standards. Now our sincere request is to replace this refrigerator with a fresh piece & sort out this issue immediately. Tried reaching for more than ** times today from my number around *.** pm the phone was busy ( * calls made). After * pm today all ** calls were unanswered and the mobile switched off finally with no callback & sense of client urgency.
We are fed up completely with LG product & services. Now folded hand request to discuss with local Saharanpur team. Check all above-mentioned issues & replace this refrigerator immediately else we have no option left but to escalate this issue with legal Authorities within LG & consumer Forum as well.
