I booked a ticket in yatra.com in Etihad airlines for a ticket from Toronto to Chennai traveling between May * to May **. I have requested them to cancel my tickets initially but they would not agree to mention that this nonrefundable ticket. I provided the option to provide me a credit that was also discarded by the airlines. Alternatively out of no other option, I had requested for rescheduling the ticket but there are not rescheduling my tickets to the requested date. Ia m an international student traveling to Canada on a student visa. My visa expires on September ** I need to enter Canada before that. But Yatra.com is providing me dates to rescheduled after October. This is so unfair. I would like to register a complaint against yatra.com
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
