I purchased a new Double door refrigerator * months back and the freezer fan is making noise on and off since then. I have raised complaints * times but everytime when the service agent of the area Arun Kumar comes there is no sound and he closes the ticket without taking any action. As the sound is not continuous he is not taking any action, but sometimes the sound comes and it is very noisy.
I have raised a *th complaint now: BAN***********
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
