Gtpl Broadband Private Limited - New connection for GTPL broadband and TV channels

I had registered for new connection for GTPL broadband for my home at Gandhinagar and as per the GTPL sales agent Ranjitsinh, the new connection will get installed immediately on the same day after I pay the fees. I did teh transaction on Sunday and also recieved the reciept for the same.
Its been * days now and Ranjit sinh is not responding our calls and whenever he revieves he tells us I will call you back in * mins. Till date no one has come to our place for any installation and no one has reached out from GTPL for the same. They have taken fees from us but not installing services.
