Gtpl Broadband Private Limited - Internet Connectivity Issues

Referring to the subject matter, this email is to address a complaint about broadband services in Adipur City, the internet services are pathetic here, we got New Broadband connection with **MBPS plan on **th April and the same worked good in the initial days but within some days it stopped working on **/**/****, we were told to raise a complaint online only then will they will resolve the issues, we raised a complaint on the very same day and we got below message from GTPL with Complaint ID No.
(Dear Customer, Your Complaint ID. is *******. Expected resolution time is *-* working days, For any query please call us on ********** - GTPL Broadband) on **/**/****, the very next day we received one more message which said " Dear Customer, your Service Request No. ******* ticket status has been closed. Team GTPL" with any solution to our Issue,
The very next day on **/**/**** we again raised a complaint for which we received the message which said; (Dear Customer, Your Complaint ID. is *******. Expected resolution time is *-* working days, For any query please call us on ********** - GTPL Broadband)
The local staff here in Adipur is very irresponsive as we were told by Mr. Ujjwal (your local staff) to call the field person Mr. Dashrath on ********** but he never receives the calls, our issue is still open and not resolved. we have already tried calling many times to both the above persons but there is no response from any of them. This whole week our Internet has not been working for which we must get additional days, in the end, of our plan!
