Nissan - New car under warranty not getting repaired

I have bought Nissan Kicks from RNG Nissan Jhansi in april ****.While taking delivery of the car they assured that all service related work will be done in jhansi itself .In * months time many issues in the car were discovered like central locking not working ,fuel tank not opening etc etc.The RNG showroom in Jhansi were not taking any responsibility now.They are asking to take the car to Kanpur.In the mean time our car met with an accident and we took the car to kanpur RNG NISSAN as the car was insured.Now they are asking us to wait for * month more for no reason .We need car daily for our daily travelling from home to workplace as we live far from city.This is total mental harrassment.First they gave false assurance and now late delivery of car.
