I have pospaid connection and I am facing issue in airtel network since * year, on ** january **** i registered complaint regarding network issue,but i didnt get any proper solution and no one from customer care resolving my problem and they are asking me to pay the bill,but why should i pay the bill if i am not getting proper service from them. Since * year i was paying bill with interest then they r not having any problem and if i am facing any issue and i am registering complaint then they r not resolving my problem, they r saying first i have to pay the bill,which i will not pay until and unless my problem will resolve
