Netplus Broad Band - Netplus Broadband Bill paid but still they are saying bill payment not done and my connection is in

My internet has been inactive for * days whereas i had recharged before time.I have been talking to a customer care executive for the last * days and they are replying every time please wait.Their one of the executives named 'Pankaj' told me that permission to activate your connection has been received and it will be activated any moment.One of their executives said your connection is active, just restart your modem.After that even after waiting for * hour when i called your executive they told me that your payment status is outstanding ,so connection is not active and please wait till next day.I am working from home.So i am completely dependent upon internet.Due to this my work is suffering.
