Hello Team,
This mail is regarding to update you that I had requested to disconnect my connection on **th April which is servie req number - TKT******.
It states that I had recieved a retention call from operator but operator denies. They are saying please pay your complete bill.
Afterwards I called again in may month again to disconnect my connection and then they did that in may month
Other ticket number - Request Received - Ticket ID :TKT******
Now operator didn't refund my security deposit as well as and they want modem back .Its totally unfair please I would request to you kindly look into matter and resolve this issue asap.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
