Despite making multiple calls to your customer support, either no one responded, or the call was picked up and then I was transferred from one person to another without anyone actually listening to or addressing my issue. This has caused a lot of frustration and wasted time, with no resolution in sight.
It is disappointing to face such negligence and unresponsiveness, especially from a service provider I rely on for daily connectivity. Based on this experience, I must say this has been one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve had.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a proper resolution at the earliest. Kindly treat this with urgency.
