I placed an order in NetMeds on **th February for the below * medicines. It was supposed to be delivered to me the next day - **th February.\
Oxetol ***mg [For treating my epilipsey condition] and another medicine. It is been * days and i didnt receive my order. I called to the customer care number and complained many times. They keep saying, it is delayed and it will deliver in * day. They are telling this from last * days.
I got the tracking id and when i am contacting the number provided in the tracking number, they are telling very silly reasons and not delivering the order. The SMS message was having one delivery person number - Basavaraj - +** ***** *****. When i contacted him, he said another driver will be delivering the order and he gave the Number of a driver called Dinesh - +** ***** *****.
When i called him, he is saying he is on leave and in his native place and he cant come today. I dont understand how can they give a number of someone who is on leave. They are not understanding the seriousness .
They are saying they are taking necessary steps. but they didnt do anything and this time also, my order is not delivered for more than * days. It is my mistake to believe NetMeds. My only request to you guys is not to play around with people's lifes. If they are not able to process and deliver the order, then they should not accepting the orders.
Recruiting cheap guys for medicine delivery will result in such patethic situations. Time to wake up guys.

See the attached photos of todays order, it is the same case with these guys. Learnt a good lesson now. I will never ever order in NetMeds again. It has to come from location called Bommasandra which is just ** kms from my place. It is taking * days for these guys to come **kms. I dont know if they are crawling.
Refer to the last image. It is showing the location as Bomasandra and the date and time as **st Feb night **:** PM and the status is showing as Undelivered.
My address is in hosur. And how can they say it as undelivered when they are in Bomansandra. And today moring on **nd Feb when i contact the delivery guys they are saying they will deliver soon. What nonsense is this.
