Places an order online. Customer care won’t confirm my order (at *pm, it was today. At **pm, it’s **th.)
Asked to initiate a refund if they can’t fulfill the order. They just stop replying.
Customer care is non existent.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
