Netmeds - Netmeds failed payment showing but mine money has been debited

I have loss my ****₹ in netmeds they have charged it from my upi account and after deducting account they are showing that this amount has been failed. Please provide me a refund as i know how important is my money that has blocked by orders by doing fraudulent activities.
