i m availing facilities of internet service from you broadband,andmany tims complaind rgarding lan cabl from provider to my home is leakage due to joint in lan cable, but they r always closing my complaint without any contact or visit of their engineer.in rainy season on heavy ain its joint du to rainy water my net servic disturbing.
