The Nestaway property where I was residing was offboarded by the owner on **th Sep'** suddenly and we were asked to offboard the property in ** days and was told security deposit will be refunded in full. We ended our contract with Nestaway within * days and the same was updated on the dashboard. Customer service executive confirmed that within *-** working days full security deposit amount will be refunded back to us, I have raised multiple tickets, escalated it again and again, however I am still waiting for Nestaway to refund my security deposit in full. It is more than * months now and Nestaway has not refunded my full security deposit now. Their contact centers are closed, they are not replying to the mails or tickets.
Attached is the Settlement break-up details for your reference. Urgent action from Nestaway is expected as it is already long overdue.
