Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd - Not refunding money

Recently on *th May ****, I booked a bed in a flat which is available on the Nestaway Site. It was located in Sanjay Park, Viman Nagar, Pune. Since the online video of the flat available online on Nestaway site, so I confirmed the bed in the flat without visiting it and I paid all the charges (rent + security deposit+ token charges+ Onboarding Charges + Agreement and Police Verification charges) which amounted to ₹*****. When I visited the flat for settle (*th May ****), it was not in liveable condition and the flat was mess. Also they have posted a misleading video of the flat which amount to misrepresentation and gross violation of conduct. Now when I am trying to cancel the booking, they are kept shunning me. Even I called customer care twice but no resolution of the same and they are not refunding my money.
