Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd - Security deposit not refunded

I did not recieve my refund yet, I booked the flat in March or April, gave whole security deposit and all of approx **-**K. But due to lock down, I was unable to move in and get back to my Hometown that is in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. I'm still here in my hometown. For * months, Nestaway didn't allowed me to move In. then There was no transport to travel there. So My property manager Raj Gopal suggested to Shift my move in to next month and he shifted from his end. But I was unable to get back to Hyderabad even after next month, so I asked him that I want to leave this like want to move out. He confirmed over whatsapp chat that I have been moved out and an amount of ₹**,*** will be refunded within ** days. He confirmed this on *th of August. But till now I didn't get any amount. I tried to call Raj Gopal, But he is not picking my calls. I raised service ticket, they are saying that they want email confirmation that ai haven't moved in
