 - Need refund from Nobroker Closed

Hi,
I have taken the Nobroker plan for searching a house in Bangalore.
They assigned me an RM Stuthi, who took my request. I had shared with her that I was looking for gated apartments only. Even after telling her clearly what I was looking for, she would randomly assign house visits to non-gated apartments and independent houses. She would call me and tell me she has spoken with the owner and schedule the house visits. When I go for a house visit, the house would be closed and the owner would inform me that come in the evening, come tomorrow or some other time.
I had taken leave to see the houses. One of the owner informed that she had called in the morning and had not confirmed the time with him. This did not happen once, but every time a visit was scheduled. Also, I had told her to look for houses in Mahadevpura near my office, but she would shortlist properties which were interior and searching for those houses was a horrible experience.
I escalated this issue to their Tenant Grievance cell and asked for a refund. A grievance officer named Khadir Ulla called me two times. Once to ask my concern and the second time to tell me refund cannot be given. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would like to speak with someone senior he mentioned that he is the senior most person and nobody else will talk to me and they will close the issue as a refund cannot be granted.
Nobroker has mentally harassed me and now nobody is responding to my emails.
Pls help to resolve my issue.
