I am writing to you due to my son. He has joined your academy in a *year K** +**th plan bearing number ***************** on **th March ****.
Sir, **th your plan was good but K** not satisfactory. He is not satisfied with your delivered contents (age-old), video quality, and services. We want a refund as per your company rules as well as Indian education rules. Numerous times your representative contacted us we discussed with them also but all vain. At last, he joined Un-Academy to complete their needs.
It's a humble request to refund two years pending money because not used your services in this year even very less in last year too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
