On October **th **** i booked an accommodation residency through colive. I'm going to visit that accomodation on that day only in that the residancy manager says on that particular price rooms are not available. So that i cal back to colive I want to cancel my booking because no rooms are available for that price. They are not responding properly not even refund my booking amount also what should I do. They say they provide only **% money for the refund but still they are not refunded that money also. Why I want to waste my money without staying there not even enter in to that room. They cheated me like this
