I bought Asus Rog Phone * on **/Nov/**** from flipkart. On **/Jun/****, *.*mm headphone Jack stopped working and on */Aug/**** my phone got switched off and didn't turn on at all. On */Aug/****,
I've submitted my device(Asus ROG Phone *) to Vasavi Associates Tirupati(D.NO.**-**-***,*st floor shop no:***,*** central park, Tilak road, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, ******). And till now I didn't get my device back.
My work is getting badly affected as all of my data and apps were on that device.One of the main reasons for buying such a high-end device was for my daily work which now is getting highly affected.
I cannot/will not trust this device ever again thus I cannot accept the repaired phone under any circumstances noticing the current scenario of the issues going on in this device. I saw so many people who have submitted their phone(Asus ROG Phone *) to the service center with similar issues. And almost all people are complaining of a drastic decrease in performance on their devices post-repair or they are facing same issues again.
This is highly an unacceptable situation owing to the price paid for the device and its resultant performance.
What would be the situation if the phone goes dead again just after the warranty? It would be a piece of garbage then.
I request you to provide me with the full refund of the device by Asus.
