MakeMyTrip India Pvt Ltd - need partial cancellation but unable to find my booking in my trips

booked a flgiht from ranchi to hyderabad on **th April,****. The scheduled journey is on **st May,****. We need to cancell one passenger, but couldn't find the booking et al in my trips. The ticket was booked , amount paid and pnr status is showing rightly. I am unable to find in my mmt account. I didn't have any option in customer care call also. There is no mail id to complain. Booking ID: NF*EYYLHOTT**MNF****.
