Aion Das filed complaint against MakeMyTrip India Pvt Ltd on Nov 13, 2022
On **th October ****, I raised the check-in denied issue to MakeMyTrip against the booked hotel and I have escalated this issue multiple times, still I am not getting any response from MakeMyTrip. It's been almost one month and I still haven't received the money. I faced a lot of trouble that day which I will never recover but I hope to at least get my money back. I'm totally disappointed about their service.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
