Ref: Booking Id: NN*************
Due to the Covid-** situation, I've cancelled the flight tickets of my in-laws directly with the airlines (American Airlines) and they've confirmed that they have processed the refund to the travel agency which is MakeMyTrip (MMT) on **th April ****.
I've tried contacting MMT via email, twitter, fb but there has been no response.
I've also seen innumerable complaints against MMT by others on social media. Their behavior is scandalous.
