Didn't stay at the hotel namely hotel marina near IGI airport which I was booked through booking.com. I went there at **.** PM and tried to see the room first but they didn't show me the room and asked me **** rupees as advanced which I was paid. But when I saw the room I found the room is very dirty and the bathroom is so unhygienic. I requested to refund my money because I didn't stay there but they have given me rupees *** and charged rupees ***. But I didn't stay there and I cancelled that booking also. Now I want my *** rupees back.
