So we have booked a Zoom Car on *st Dec **** in Hyderabad near Balanagar at *:** pm and when we went to the given specific location the car was nowhere to be found near or at the specified location and we were searching the entire area on our feet for an hour for the car and we still didn't find it We have raised a ticket on this issue and the support team said that they'll contact us within ** hours and it's been more than * days and we never got a response from the Zoom Car customer service or support team and now it shows the trip has been completed on the app ignoring all the tickets raised on this issue
We lost a **** rupees to this scam
