I have paid INR**** for car booking in zoom car on feb ** ****. During the time of transaction it was failed. But amount was debited from account later we completed booking using credit card. Our bank (HDFC) has confirmed the payment os processed on march *nd **** with transaction id details.
From zoom car side they are refunding this amount. They are saying as per our booking id we have made only one payment. We don't know how they can find failed transaction details based on booking id. So we suspect Zoom car is trying to cheat us with the money.
