I am shivani chaudhary, I have ordered a navy blue BlackBerry Jean's from myntra on ** december I'd::
*********************, it got delivered on *nd Jan , but the product was wrong, it was a really disgusting brown pant, then I immediately made a return request, but the delivery agent denied return pickup stating it was a different product, then I filed a complaint on their customer service portal, since then it has been more then ** days they are everytime saying that wait for ** more hours and are returning the product and not initiating my refund amount, I have financial issues and still waiting for my money . Kindly help me as myntra customer service is not responding and looking into my issue, please help me
So that such fraud will not occur ever again with innocent customers
