I have recieved a damaged product (broken and melted cream) and they are not taking any action against it. I have lost faith in Myntra. I haven't expected such kind of rubbish thing fromMyntra. Truly disappointed. I don't think I will order cosmetic from Myntra ever again. They loot people and sell the damaged product and not considering my complaint, put my call on hold for too long. I have paid *** Rs for it. Its all lost. I haven't got the right product, even if it's damaged in transit. Why I should bear the loss. If they are saying they have sent a fresh product then why don't they show the proof. I can give you the proof that the cream was completely broken and melted. Highly disappointed. I will recommend all to never buy any cosmetic from Myntra. I was not asking for a refund or return. I just asked for an exchange but its also not processed. That's also disappointing.
I request you to please take action against Myntra, and provide a solution to my case. I wanted a fresh product of the cream that I have ordered. Please help me! It's highly required. I am attaching pictures of melted cream and a broken stick. Or if they cannot provide a fresh product then ask them to refund my amount.
