My mobile number is Karnataka state which I have been using for more than ** years.
I have requested for a SIM replacement * times in the past -
-*st time for wrongly entered PUK number around **** year by submitting required self PROOF documents.
-*nd time due to SIM/account disconnected around **** year by submitting required self PROOF documents.
This is the *rd time requesting for SIM replacement due to SIM damage on **th-Sep-****.
I have visited the nearest airtel STORE in AndhraPradesh and requested a SIM replacement. They have verified accounts with my Aadhaar and given a NEW SIM as replacement but the replacement request got rejected due to Account/Customer Name mismatch.
When I enquired for SIM replacement I requested REJECTED in Store and got to know that surprisingly Account/Customer name mismatch and there is no Customer/Account name instead it was given as "LX" OR something. But my Address and Email ID are correct in the SIM account.
If No Customer Name available in the System, how SIM has been given to me.
Kindly please check my account history and do needful to update my personal details in my account and get my number with a NEW SIM.
When we reach branch manager in Bangalore, they said it's your responsibility to check you account name updated or not. We will try to update with your aadhaar number but no guarantee your number will be back or may be you recent * year reache ****/-₹ will be lost.
If my name is not updated as customer name, how company store given SIM first time and after that again * times they have replaced my sim all documents including aadhaar in past. Now they are telling no customer name in my sim account. I need new sim with same mobile number and account activation
