At a time of booking for my shifting i was ensured for top service and a dedicated Manager for hassel free shifting and issue resolution. However looks like that No Broker do have professional team and vendors to support in.
I'm going to escalate this through other channels as well. My booking was scheduled at *:**am on **st dec. On **th at *:** pm i called Nobroker support team or so called a dedicated Manager to check if shifting is going to start on time. I was ensured that it will start between *:**am to *:**am. Being **st the reason of early hour shifting was that I do not want to anyone including support staff to spoil their New year Eve. However, since morning I'm following up the support and vendor to know that what time they will be reaching to my place. At *:** i made a first call to the support team (so called my Shifting Manager) to check the status as noone had either contacted me or shared any information about shifting. I was informed that my details are not reflecting in the system and will be getting call back within * minutes from the team with the details. However I did not received any call back. At *:** am i called back again on the support team number and asked them to share the status. This time I was told that vendor and team is on they way and will reach in next ** min.
At **:** am i again called the support team to check the status as no one had come in. This time Mr Krishna B had picked my call. He asked me to hold on so that he can check the status with the Vendor. After few minutes he said to me that he don't have any information as Vendor is not picking up the call and later this discussion turn into argument as his tone changed because I started asking him questions which was not acceptable.
I'm writing this email as till **:**am no one has come to place for shifting. I can understand that their may be delay but it's already *:** hr past from the actual time and moreover it's annoying to hear back from the support team that Vendor is not reachable and they can't confirm the ETA.
Just want to check if Nobroker have this type of vendor collaboration and support team who do not have coordination or know the status untill asked by the customer. I feel cheated now and not sure whether the shifting will be done by properly and in time. I'm afraid too that NoBroker may send some local labour for shifting. The way incident had happen since morning, will not recommended anyone to opt for NoBroker Moving Packer service in future. As a customer right now I don't have any choice or would have cancelled my booking.
