Excitel Braodband - My security refund amount not given by excitel

My name is sidharth gupta from rohtak haryana. I was an excitel broadband user id is ********** , mobile no **********.
I had rise a request to terminate my broadband connection and refund my security deposit and i also have submitted the ont device. so that ** days time was given to me to process my refund.
On the date ** dec **** refund amount has been realised by excitel to the local service provider which is brother broadband service rohtak and i also received a sms from excitel to same. Than i went to excitel's local service provider which are brother broadband service and they denied me that no any security amount are received from excitel user id ********** and they are not responsible for that then i called to coustomer care and they rised a ticket no ******** on ** dec ****. Next day i called again to customer care to know the status of my complaint they said to go local service provider office and they will give you security amount and i went and they said same as not received any amount of given user id. And they also said excitel never return any security back don't waste your time to come here. They are totally rude in behaviour and spoil the reputation of a company.
I am requesting to all of you please help me to solve this matter as soon as posible.
