I booked a room at the hotel ( Purplepatch Arun Prasath Park ) on June **th ****. The hotel request **% of extra amount for the early check-in process. So I called to the OYO customer care and talked with the customer service manager to tell the issue and request the person to cancel my room and refund my amount. He also proceeded my request immediately and cancelled my room.
As per the OYO cancellation policy, the amount would be refunded within * - ** days. But I didn't recieved my amount. ** days before I talked with the customer care person Shruthi and * days before I talked with the OYO customer care manager Santanu. Both they raised a ticket for refund my amount. But after a few days, the request has been denied.
I tried to know the reason for the denied reason means they did not provide the proper reasons. The room was cancelled from their end only and the cancellation comes under the OYO cancellation policy also but they did not refund the amount, waste my time and create mental pressure to me. So kindly take the legal action to the OYO team. I need my amount with a penalty.
