Dear Goibibo and Jetairways team,
It's been more than a year now, I am still waiting for my refund amount.
You need to release my own ticket refund amount that I paid for the Mumbai to Singapore round trip dated **th April **** through *th May **** an amount of RS. **,***.
Still awaiting your response urgently as my credit card bill is already reflecting outstanding dues. I need the refund in my account as soon as possible.
I am also not able to get access to talk to any Goibibo or jet airways team staff. I strongly request you to kindly arrange a call back to me as soon as you receive this mail.
THIS IS MY OWN MONEY I AM ASKING FOR. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
PLEASE CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY for my own REFUND. None of your phone lines are working not even accessible.

Dear Jetairways,
I am very much disappointed with the way I was being treated with the cancellation of our trip from Mumbai to Singapore round trip.
Due to your late response and random cancellations at * consecutive attempts even at a last minute * weeks before my scheduled flight date I am in a reset position to have no choice but to rebook my next flight at a very high cost. You Jetairways have not even spared a courtesy of providing me with a new flight on another partner carrier as a gesture of apology.
I have even been knocking the door of your tie-up partner Goibibo.com requesting them for a **% compensation over and above my full refund amount. Because I have ended up paying double the cost price as there was no scope of time for advance booking since I am now on my last one week before my departure date and stranded to book what I have in hand as an availability and with constraint. I had paid RS. **,*** for our confirmed flight tickets on Jetairways and due to cancellations two times I ended up by paying Rs.*,**,*** which is double the cost. I request and demand for you to release my compensation of the extra *lakh rupees that I had to pay due to your flight cancellation of my round trip from BOM-SIN-BOM.
I will be very delighted if you can address this as a serious issues and take resolution measures to suffice my needs and compensate my damage incurred which was undue at all.

I have not received my refund amount of **,*** in my credit card account yet. I have cross-called and checked it from HDFC credit card Center.
Kindly expedite the process and let me know the status of my refund and the date and time of my total refund amount status of my flight cancellation. I need to know how more many days it would take in process. It's already been *days now from the SMS that I received of the cancellation of my flight ticket which was booked for round trip from BOM-SIN-BOM from **th April - *th May.

Goibibo submitted the refund claim for all our customers to Jet Airways in May **** and we have been closely following up ever since. Recently, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has accepted insolvency petition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, **** from certain lenders of Jet Airways and Goibibo has filed all details of customer claims due from Jet Airways with NCLT as per the prescribed process. As a result any refunds (full or partial) will now get processed as per the directions of the NCLT.
This email is to keep you informed of the latest developments on pending refunds from Jet Airways and we shall keep sharing updates as the matter progresses.
