Aruljothi Parthiban filed complaint against Airtel on Jun 22, 2020
On **-Jun-**** I have recharged *** rupees in airtel for ** days validity, unlimited calls, and *GB/day data. I have received a confirmation message. But those benefits are not reflected in my account. I am unable to use data. I was trying to contact the customer service executive by using *** and *** toll-free number. But there is no option in the IVR for talking to the executive. They simply ask me to register a complaint in the Airtel Thanks app. After that, I installed that app in my mobile. Still, there is no option for the app to register a complaint. I am attaching a proof for that. Kindly help me to fix this issue.
