My delivery agent from Ekart services came with the Flipkart order. I ordered a phone nothing * with exchange. My exchange phone(Realme GT master edition) was in perfect condition with the estimated exchange amount, but the delivery agent wants a Bribe of RS ****. To check all the boxes of the exchange. I asked him my right why I should give money, he neglects me and cancelled my order. I'm very frustrated with the delivery agent. Please take necessary action against him, as my order was cancelled by him, not me.His Name is Dhayalan
