Ajio app - My package not handed over to me and app says it is delivered

I ordered a package of INR *** ON **th MARCH **** from AJIO APP and on **st march a notification of text message came on my phone regarding delivery status of my products has been successfully delivered .
I was shocked after reading that because I have not yet received anything from ajio and the app also says successfully delivered.
My package containing two women wear total coasting *** which has already been debited from my account on the date of ordering the package have not reached me till now . Why Ajio is doing fraud with there prepaid orders . The main point to be noted and of concern is they did not provided me with any of the delivery agent phone number neither specifying to whom they have handed over the package .
