Hi There ,
My order is marked delivered Frome the day it is delivered , I told them and sent all pictures and invoice number everything , every day I am calling them no proper response no help no call backs to resolve
They changed status to
Delivery unsuccessful
Return to origin
REFUNDED
But products are with me , they got delivered they are not marking as delivered so that I can return few products which didn't fit
This is very simple as the order is delivered u are supposed to mark it as delivered but such a basic order ettquite is not followed by AJIO. Very worst complaint service department
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
