Ubereats - My order was not delivered to me

I placed the order on **th September. My order was to arrive around at **.** pm but the delivery boy did not call me even once. And they say he tried contacting you but couldn't reach you which is totally false. I was using my phone for texting and the phone was in my hand. I did not receive the notification and not even his call. My phone's network was working completely fine. This is fraud and I've already faced it from uber eats many times before. They are cheating their customers and harassing them. Please look into this matter and help.
