I purchased a combo pack which included a batch and a bunch of books. Now Due to some reason I had to cancel the books part of the order and I want to keep the batch. Now after cancelling I haven't got any notification or mail regarding wheather I will get my money back or not. After this issue raised I went to contact us, but the reply takes so much time to come and after I talk to the guy in 'contact us' their is no change in the situation. Please help me.
