i had ordered mii band * in zookr, i paid money through my debit card.
during delivery i cancelled the order due to some reasons.
after that i had sent several mails regarding my refund to the zookr customer help mail "help@zookr.in" till now they didn't responded for the mails which i had sent to them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
