I had tried to book my train ticket through goibibo on **th July. My money worth *** rs was deducted and booking was under process. But the booking should be either confirmed or cancelled within ** min as per their customer support. But it is still showing booking under process after * days. And when I'm trying to cancel the ticket, it is not happening (It's asking for OTP and when I'm typing, it's not accepting the OTP also). I'm very panicked for my payment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
