I booked a flight ticket from travolook, and after payment their page crashed and I got email that I will my booking is in progress. I got worried so after ** minutes I started googling about company then I got to know that it is a scam company and as expected they called me and told that your flight booking is rejected because of airline change, and when I asked about refund they hung up the call. Please help me to get my ticket amount back.
